Hardware
See the Bill of Materials in the drawing for a full list of hardware. Hardware is referenced in this guide using the Item number from the bill of materials [DWG#XX] of the associated assembly drawing.
Foot Assembly
Install the M8 keyed inserts [DWG#8] into the foot plates, CNCR-STAND-FP (). Although there is a special tool available to install this type of insert, a careful application of a hammer can sometimes get the job done cleanly.
Using M8x25mm cap screws [DWG#9] connect the foot plates to the bottom of the t-slot legs, CNCR-STAND-TSE-LEG (). Threadlocker should be used to ensure a permanent joint.
Thread one swivel leveling foot [DWG#10] into each keyed insert. Adjust the lengths of the feet to match across all four legs.
Leg Assembly
Place the base, CNCR-BASE (), face up on an elevated table. On each corner, use two CNCR-STAND-GP () to fasten the legs to the base with M8x20mm cap screws [DWG#4] and M8 t-nuts [DWG#3]. Additionally, use a single M8x16mm flat screw [DWG#13] in each corner to secure the 3-way corner bracket built into the base assembly into the threaded hole in each leg. Secure the bolts with threadlocker to ensure a permanent joint.
The gusset plate is omitted in the front-right corner (on the right side) because the electronic enclosure will mount to this position and provide corner support.
The three stringers (2 x CNCR-STAND-SS (), 1 x CNCR-STAND-BS ()) are connected to the t-slots of the leg at each end using M8x12mm screws [DWG#5] and M8 t-nuts [DWG#3]. Secure the bolts with threadlocker to ensure a permanent joint.
Once all of the stringers are mounted, the end of the box tube should be capped with a cover [DWG#12] to keep debris out.
Leveling
Once the legs are secured to the base the entire assembly should be moved off of an assembly table and into its final position. Use a large carpenters level to gauge the front/back, left/right, and diagonal state of level. Adjust the swivel leveling feet until the work bed surface of the base reads level in all directions, then use the included jam nut to lock in the foot position.
